Who we are
Klev Industries LLC is a precision manufacturing sourcing and program management firm based in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us or use klevindustries.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, our web chat, our email, and our text messaging program.
Information we collect
We only collect information you give us directly, plus basic technical information that our website and email systems record automatically.
- Information you submit: your name, company, email address, mobile phone number if you choose to provide it, and whatever you tell us about the part or program you want quoted.
- Consent records: which text messaging consent boxes you selected, and the date and time you selected them. We keep this record to prove your consent was given knowingly.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, used to keep the site working and secure.
We collect this information only from people who contact us directly. We do not acquire contact details from any outside source.
How we use your information
- To answer your request, prepare a quote, and manage a program on your behalf.
- To send you the quote status, order, production, and scheduling messages you asked for, by email or text.
- To send you occasional offers and service updates, but only if you specifically consented to marketing text messages or opted into marketing email.
- To share the minimum necessary technical details with a partner facility so it can quote or produce your part. Partner facilities receive drawings and requirements; they do not receive your mobile number or your text messaging consent.
- To keep records, meet legal obligations, and protect our rights.
Text messaging
Text messages are always optional. You can submit a request, receive a quote, and work with us without ever agreeing to receive a text. When you give us a mobile number in our web chat, the consent boxes are separate: one covers non-marketing messages about quote and RFQ status, order and production updates, and appointment and call confirmations. The other covers marketing messages about special offers, discounts, and service updates. Neither box is pre-selected, neither is required in order to reach us, and we honour each one independently.

Mobile information sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How we share information
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose your personal information for anyone else's marketing purposes. We share information only in these situations:
- Service providers. Companies that host our website, deliver our email and text messages, and store our records. They may only use the information to perform that service for us.
- Partner manufacturing facilities. Only the technical and commercial details needed to quote or produce your part, and only under confidentiality.
- Legal requirements. When we are required to disclose information by law, or need to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies needed to load pages and remember your session. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
How long we keep information
We keep quote and program records for as long as we have an active or reasonably anticipated business relationship with you, and afterwards only as long as needed for tax, legal, and warranty purposes. Text messaging consent records are kept for the life of the consent plus four years after opt-out, as carriers require.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted transport, and reputable vendors to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
- Text messages: reply STOP to opt out at any time, or email us and ask.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link, or reply asking to be removed.
- Access, correction, deletion: email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. We may keep records we are legally required to retain.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes to how we handle text messaging consent will be posted here before they take effect.
