Who we are and what we send
Klev Industries LLC is a precision manufacturing sourcing and program management firm in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey. We source and manage machining programs for customers in the medical, aerospace, and defense sectors through a vetted network of United States manufacturers.
If you give consent when you contact us through our web chat, we send text messages from Klev Industries LLC to the mobile number you provided. Depending on which box you checked, those messages cover:
- Non-marketing messages: quote and RFQ status updates, order and production updates, and appointment and call confirmations.
- Marketing messages: special offers, discounts, and service updates.
The two consents are separate. Checking one does not opt you into the other, and neither is required in order to reach us or to work with us.
How to opt out and how to get help
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the (862) 256-5388. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected] or (888) 991-7945.
Message frequency and rates
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 4 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, and most other United States carriers. Carrier support may change without notice.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you submit. Do not submit someone else's number.

Using this website
Klev Industries LLC is a sourcing and program management firm, not a manufacturer. Processes, equipment, and certifications described on this site are held by independent partner facilities and are verified per program. Nothing on this site constitutes a quotation, a guarantee of capacity or lead time, or a commitment to supply. A binding quote is issued only in writing, for a defined scope, and is valid only for the period stated on it.
The content, layout, and marks on this site belong to Klev Industries LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission. Drawings, specifications, and commercial terms you send us are treated as confidential and shared with partner facilities only under confidentiality.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site or the messaging program after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
